Procedure

Clean & cut the cabbage square shape and keep it aside.

Take one pan and add gram flour, rice flour, corn flour ,salt ,turmeric powder, chili powder , Asafoedita , baking powder and Umami seasoning AJI-NO-MOTO® then add water as required make a fine batter.(not to watery).

Add cabbage, green chili chopped coriander and curry leaves into the batter and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan add that cabbage gently, not at one time, fry until crispy.

Serve hot with ketchup.
