Batter
Preparation:

Separate 50 gms of powder from the 72 gms Crispy Fry Mix pack.

Mix the remaining 22 gms (3 tablespoons) of powder with 60 ml of water to form the batter.

Cooking
Procedure:

Cut the onions into rings and dip the pieces into the batter so that they are evenly coated.

Then press the onion rings into the powder mix to get a nice coat.

Fry the onion rings in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Then serve hot.

Onion 300 gms
Oil as required
Water 60 ml
