Batter
Preparation:

Separate 50 gms of powder from the 72gms Crispy Fry Mix pack.

Mix the remaining 22 gms (3 tablespoons) of powder with 60 ml water to form the batter.

Cooking
Procedure:

Slice the potatoes into wedges. Dip the pieces into the batter so that they are evenly coated.

Then press the wedges into the powder mix to get a nice coat.

Fry the potato wedges in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Serve hot.

Note: 

Parboil the potatoes in hot water and strain it before preparation.
