Make a fine paste the following ingredients pepper, cumin, red chili, ginger, garlic adding with little water.

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seed and saunf let it splutter, then add chopped Onion sauté till little brown.

Next add ground paste, turmeric powder, salt and Ajinomoto stir well. Then put cleaned crabs and little water cook well in closed pan for few minutes on slow flame.

Once oil will be separated then remove the lid then make a dry and crispy texture.

Finally add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves for garnish. Then serve hot.
