INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Cabbage 200gms
Chopped Green chilly 3nos
Chopped curry leaves 2sprig
Chopped coriander leaves 2sprig
Gram flour 1cup
Rice flour ½ cup
Corn flour 2tbsp
Salt To taste
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chili powder 1½ tsp
Asafoedita ¼ tsp
Baking powder 2 pinch
Ajinomoto 4gms
Water As required
Refined oil For deep frying

cooking procedure

Step 1: Clean & cut the cabbage square shape and keep it aside.

Step 2:Take one pan and add gram flour, rice flour, corn flour ,salt ,turmeric powder, chili powder , Asafoedita , baking powder and Ajinomoto then add water as required make a fine batter.(not to watery).

Step 3: Add cabbage, green chili chopped coriander and curry leaves into the batter and mix well.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan add that cabbage gently, not at one time, fry until crispy.

Step 5: Serve hot with ketchup.
