INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Chicken small pieces 500 Gms
Egg white 2 no
Kashmiri chili powder 1 ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Salt To taste
Ajinomoto ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
Maida 1tbsp
Rice flour 1 ½ tbsp
Lime juice 1 no
Chopped curry leaves 3sprig
Oil For deed fry

cooking procedure

Step 1: Clean and wash chicken pieces then drain and set it aside.

Step 2: Take one pan add beaten egg white and all powder spices, ginger garlic paste, salt, Ajinomoto and lime juice make like a paste then add chicken pieces and chopped curry leaves mix well, allow to marinate for min 30 minutes.

Step 3: Add rice flour and Maida into the marinated chicken before frying and mix well.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan add marinated chicken one by one and fry till get cook until crispy.

Step 5: Garnish with onion rings and lime wedges then serve hot.
