Oil 50gms
Onion cubes 2nos
Capsicum 1½ no
Chopped ginger garlic 20gms
Chopped green chilly 3nos
Kashmiri Chili powder 1tsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Soya sauce ¼ tsp
Salt To taste
Ajinomoto 1tsp
Chopped spring onion For garnish

cooking procedure

Step 1: Cut the idlies 1/6 size pieces and keep it aside.

Step 2: Cut onion into cubes and remove the fetal and keep it aside.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic for 1 minute then add onion, capsicum and green chilies sauté till little brown.

Step 4: Add spice powder, salt, Ajinomoto and soya sauce (if required) mix well and then add idly pieces into that spice mix stir gradually till evenly coat on low flame.

Step 5: Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
