Boiled Rice 400 Gms
Egg 2 No’s
Oil 3 tsp
Carrot 30 Gms
Beans 30 Gms
Cabbage 40 Gms
Salt 1½ tsp
AJINOMOTO 1½ tsp
Pepper powder 1 ½ tsp
Sugar ¼ tsp
Soya sauce ¼ tsp
Spring onion for garnish

cooking procedure

Step 1: Chop the cleaned vegetables finely and set it aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add beaten egg and scramble then add vegetables and sauté for a minute. And then add boiled rice, pepper, salt, and Ajinomoto, sugar and soya sauce stir nicely on simmer for a 2 minutes.

Step 3: Garnish with chopped spring onion. Then serve hot.
