INGREDIANTS QUANTITY
Boiled noodles 300 Gms
Oil 3 tsp
Egg 2
Onion (finely sliced) 30 Gms
Capsicum (julienne) 30 Gms
Carrot (julienne) 25 Gms
Beans (julienne) 25 Gms
Cabbage (shredded) 40 Gms
Salt 1½ tsp
AJINOMOTO 1½ tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Sugar ¼ tsp
Soya sauce ¼ tsp
Spring onion for garnish

cooking procedure

Step 1: Chop the cleaned vegetables finely and set it aside.

Step 2: Boil the plain noodles and strain it, then add little oil and set it aside.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, add beaten egg and scramble and then add vegetables and sauté for a minute. And then add boiled noodles, pepper, salt and Ajinomoto, sugar and soya sauce stir them nicely on simmer for a 2 minutes.

Step 4: Garnish with chopped spring onion. Then serve hot.
