Boiled Rice 400 Gms
Oil 3 tsp
Carrot 45 Gms
Beans 45 Gms
Cabbage 65 Gms
Salt 1½ tsp
AJINOMOTO 1½ tsp
Pepper powder 1 ½ tsp
Sugar ¼ tsp
Soya sauce ¼ tsp
Spring onion for garnish

cooking procedure

Step 1: Chop the cleaned vegetables finely and set it aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add vegetables and sauté for a minute. And then add boiled rice, pepper, salt, Ajinomoto, sugar and soya sauce stir them nicely on simmer for a 1 minutes.

Step 3: Garnish with chopped spring onion. Then serve hot.
