INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Basmati rice 1 ½ cup
Ghee or butter 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom Each 2 pieces
Broken Cashewnuts ¼ cup
Onion paste ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
MSG Ajinomoto ½ tsp
Salt To taste

cooking procedure

Step 1: Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cashew nuts and fry till light brown. remove and keep aside

Step 2: Now add cumin seeds and spices to the ghee. Fry for ½ minute and then add the onion paste and ginger-garlic paste and fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 3: Add 3 cups of water, rice and salt. Then close lid and allow to 2 whistle.

Step 4: Once pressure will gone out open the lid and add fried Cashewnuts for garnish then serve hot.
