Vinegar 1tsp
Salt To taste
Kashmiri Chili powder or Paste 1tsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Soya sauce ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Tomato ketchup 1tsp
Ajinomoto ½ tsp

cooking procedure

Step 1: Cut the cabbage into cubes and remove fetal, make it separate and keep it aside.

Step 2: Take one bowl and add all the ingredients then mix well like a fine paste.

Step 3: Add the cabbage and mix well. Then set it on platter and garnish with chopped spring onion.
