Minced meat (Lamp) 250 Gms
Oil For deep fry
Cinnamon 1 small stick
Clove 2 no
Fennel 1tsp
Chili powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Fried gram dhal 1 ½ tbsp
Cashewnuts 1 tbsp
Grated coconut 2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Ajinomoto ½ tsp
Finely chopped onion 1 no
Chopped green chilly 2 no
Chopped ginger garlic 1tbsp
Chopped coriander & mint leaves Each 1 tbsp

cooking procedure

Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan add cinnamon, clove and fennel seeds let it splutter add fried gram dhal and Cashewnuts then make slightly roast and add chopped ginger garlic, green chili, chopped onion and grated coconut sauté for 2 minute then allow to cool.

Step 2: Heat ½ tsp of oil in a pan add minced meat cook on low flame once water gets evaporate switch off the flame let them cool.

Step 3: Grained the roasted ingredients without adding drop of water, once it’s grained add cooked minced meat, salt, Ajinomoto, red chili powder and grained them well again, then set it aside.

Step 4: Take one plate add the mixture and beaten egg , chopped mint & coriander leaves mix well and make a small balls and set it on plate.

Step 5: Heat oil in a pan put the meat balls one by one nicely and fry the meat balls till brown then serve hot.
