cooking procedure

Step 1: Make a fine paste the following ingredients pepper, cumin, red chili, ginger, garlic adding with little water.

Step 2: Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seed and saunf let it splutter, then add chopped Onion sauté till little brown.

Step 3: Next add ground paste, turmeric powder, salt and Ajinomoto stir well. Then put cleaned crabs and little water cook well in closed pan for few minutes on slow flame.

Step 4: Once oil will be separated then remove the lid then make a dry and crispy texture.

Step 5: Finally add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves for garnish. Then serve hot.
