Nuggets (Chicken)

Chicken minced ½ kg
Red chili powder or flacks 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice or white vinegar 1 or 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto ½ tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chilies 2
Coriander 1tbsp

cooking procedure

Step 1: Take a bowl ,put minced chicken meat and add salt, soya sauce, red chili, green chilies, chili sauce, black pepper, Ajinomoto, mustard paste, lemon juice or  vinegar and chopped coriander leaves mix it well and make like a dough. Then marinate for 1 hour. 

Step 2: Beat the egg in a separate bowl or make a batter with flour (by adding water in it).batter should be slightly thin. 

Step 3: Make it small kebab of that mixer but shape should be irregular like nuggets. 

Step 4: Dip each nugget first into egg or batter then bread crumbs. 

Step 5: Fry the nuggets on low flame, but oil should be heated well.
