Wonton Soup

Water 6 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Stock/Water 6 cup
Eggs 2
Sugar 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto ½ tsp
Wine 2 tbsp
Salt To Taste
Cooked minced meat/Chicken ¾ Cup
Garlic 2 Clove
Chopped Onion ½ piece
Oil 2 Tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Tabasco sauce ½ tsp

cooking procedure

Step 1: To make wanton skins, in a bowl beat the egg and mix with flour and water. Knead well for 2 minutes to make a stiff dough. Cover with a cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Roll out the dough till like a paper thin and cut into 7 cm x 7 cm squares.

For fillings:

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced meat, garlic and onion. Add the seasoning and stir well till getting dry.

Step 2: Put ½ tbsp filling in each square.

Step 3: Make little samosas by sealing the edges with water and pinching together firmly.

Step 4: Cook wantons in boiling water for 2 minutes and remove in a colander to drain. Then allow to cool.

Step 5: Add chicken broth into the one pan. Then add salt, sugar, wine and Ajinomoto, and allow to boil.

Step 6: Then add drain wontons, into the soup bowl and pour the soup and garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
