Hapima Crispy Fry Mix 1 pack (75 gms)
Cauliflower 300 gms
Oil as required
Water 60 ml

Batter Preparation:

Step 1: Separate 50 gms of powder from the 75 gms Crispy Fry Mix pack.

Step 2: Mix the remaining 25 gms (3 tablespoons) of powder with 60 ml of water to form the batter.

Cooking Procedure:

Step 1: Dip the washed cauliflower pieces evenly into the batter.

Step 2: Then press the cauliflower into the powder mix to get a nice coat.

Step 3: Fry the cauliflower pieces in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Then Serve hot.


Blanch the cauliflower pieces in hot water and strain it before preparation.
