Ingredients Quantity
Hapima Crispy Fry Mix 1 pack (75 gms)
Prawn 300 gms
Oil as required
Water 50 ml (½ cup)

Batter Preparation

Step 1: Separate 50 gms of powder from the 75 gms Crispy Fry Mix pack.

Step 2: Mix the remaining 25 gms (3 tablespoons) of powder with 50 ml of water to form the batter.

Cooking Procedure

Step 1: Coat the washed prawn pieces evenly with the separated 50 gms of Crispy Fry Mix powder.

Step 2: Dip the same pieces into the batter so that they are evenly coated.

Step 3: Once more, press the prawn into the powder mix to get a nice coat.

Step 4: Fry the prawn pieces in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Then serve hot.
