Batter Preparation

Step 1: Separate 50 gms of powder from the 75 gms Crispy Fry Mix pack.

Step 2: Mix the remaining 25 gms (3 tablespoons) of powder with 60 ml of water to form the batter.

Cooking Procedure

Step 1: Cut the onions into rings and dip the pieces into the batter so that they are evenly coated.

Step 2: Then press the onion rings into the powder mix to get a nice coat.

Step 3: Fry the onion rings in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Then serve hot.
