CRISPY POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients Quantity
Hapima Crispy Fry Mix 1 pack (75 gms)
Potatoes 300 gms
Oil as required
Water 60 ml

Batter Preparation:

Step 1: Separate 50 gms of powder from the 75 gms Crispy Fry Mix pack. 

Step 2: Mix the remaining 25 gms (3 tablespoons) of powder with 60 ml water to form the batter.

Cooking Procedure

Step 1: Slice the potatoes into wedges. Dip the pieces into the batter so that they are evenly coated.

Step 2: Then press the wedges into the powder mix to get a nice coat.

Step 3: Fry the potato wedges in hot oil till they turn golden brown. Serve hot.

Note: 

Parboil the potatoes in hot water and strain it before preparation.
