Ingredients Quantity
Hapima Fried Rice Mix (Original or Hot & Spicy) 1 pack
Boiled Rice 400 gms
Eggs 2 (beaten)
Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Carrot 30 gms
Beans 30 gms
Cabbage 45 gms

cooking procedure

Step 1: Chop the vegetables finely and set aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add the eggs and scramble.

Step 3: Add the carrots and beans and fry for a while.

Step 4: Next add the chopped cabbage and continue frying. 

Step 5: Finally, Add the boiled rice and entire contents of “Hapima Fried Rice Mix” (Original or Hot & Spicy) and mix well.

Step 6: Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.
