Noodles (boiled) 250 gms
Eggs 2 (beaten)
Onion (finely sliced) 30 gms
Capsicum (julienne) 30 gms
Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Carrot (julienne) 20 gms
Beans (julienne) 20 gms
Cabbage (shredded) 40 gms

cooking procedure

Step 1: Cut the vegetables finely.

Step 2: Boil the noodles and strain it, add a little oil and set aside.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, add the egg and scramble.

Step 4: Then add vegetables and fry for a while.

Step 5: Next add the cabbage and continue frying.

Step 5: Finally, add the boiled noodles and entire contents of “Hapima Fried Rice Mix” (Original or Hot & Spicy) and mix well.

Step 6: Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.
