VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

Ingredients
"Hapima Fried Rice Mix” - (Original or Hot & Spicy) 1 pack
Boiled Rice 400 gms
Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Carrot 45 gms
Beans 45 gms
Cabbage 60 gms

cooking procedure

Step 1: Chop the vegetables finely and set aside. Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2: Add the carrots and beans and fry for a while. Next add the chopped cabbage and continue frying.

Step 3: Finally, Add the boiled rice and entire contents of “Hapima Fried Rice Mix” (Original or Hot & Spicy) and mix well.

Step 4: Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.
