Heat oil in a pan add Mustard seeds, Urad dhal and curry leaves once its splutter add Grated Beetroot stir well for 2- 3 minutes.

Add entire pack of Hapima® Poriyal mix-(14g) – into the sautéed Beetroot mix well on medium flame. Then add grated coconut stir well and serve with meal.
