Clean and remove the vein from the shrimps and set it aside.

Marinate the prawns with the powder spices, salt, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice, and then keep it aside for 10-15minutes.

Add corn flour and maida into the marinated Shrimps before frying and mix well, then Heat oil in a pan add shrimps and deep fry the shrimps then keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon, clove and fennel seeds let it pop then add chilly, curry leaves and sliced onion sauté till brown. Then add ginger garlic paste stir well till raw fragrant gone out.

Add all spice powder, salt and Umami seasoning AJI-NO-MOTO® mix well and sprinkle some water then add fried shrimps and stir nicely till evenly coat & dry it on slow flame.

Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
