Chop the cleaned vegetables finely and set it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add beaten egg and scramble then add vegetables and sauté for a minute. And then add boiled rice, pepper, salt, and Umami seasoning AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and soya sauce stir nicely on simmer for a 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped spring onion. Then serve hot.
