Heat oil in a pan add Mustard seeds, Urad dhal and curry leaves once its splutter add Chopped Onion and Tomato stir well 2 minutes.

Add drumstick and brinjal then sauté for a 2 minutes. Then add entire pack of Hapima Varuval mix and sprinkle water into the pan mix well on medium flame for 3 minutes. Then add Chopped Coriander leaves and serve with meal.

Curry leaves 2 sprig
Chopped Coriander leaves 2 sprig
