Heat oil in a pan add Mustard seeds, Urad dhal and curry leaves once its splutter add Chopped Onion and Tomato stir well 2 minutes.

Add Sliced Bitter guard and entire pack of Hapima Varuval mix into the pan mix well on medium flame for 3 minutes Until little crisp. Then add Chopped Coriander leaves and serve with meal.

Sliced Bitter guard 300 Gms
Oil 30 Gms
Mustard Seeds 1⁄2 tsp
Urad dhal 1⁄2 tsp

Chopped Tomato 50 Gms
Curry leaves 2 sprig
Chopped Coriander leaves 2 sprig
