Cut the vegetables finely.

Boil the noodles and strain it, add a little oil and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the vegetables and fry for a while.

Next add the cabbage and continue frying.

Finally, add the boiled noodles and entire contents of “Hapima Fried Rice Mix” (Original/Hot & Spicy/Masala) and mix well.

Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Onion (finely sliced) 30 gm
Capsicum (julienne) 30 gm
Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Carrot (julienne) 25 gm
Beans (julienne) 25 gm
Cabbage (shredded) 40 gm
