Chop the vegetables, and cut the Garlic into Julienne then set it aside. .

Heat oil in a pan add garlic julienne and sauté till Golden Brown. Keep some roasted garlic for garnish.

Add chopped Capsicum, beans and Carrot, fry for a while.

Then add boiled rice and entire contents of Hapima® Fried Rice Mix– Original and mix well.

Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Hapima® Fried Rice Mix –Original-18.5gm 1 pack
Boiled Rice 300 gm
Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Garlic Julienne 20 gm
Chopped Carrot 30 gm
Chopped Beans 30 gm
Chopped Bell Pepper (or) Capsicum 50 gm
Chopped spring Onion For garnish.
