Clean and wash chicken pieces then drain and set it aside.

Take one pan add beaten egg white and all powder spices, ginger garlic paste, salt, Umami seasoning
AJI-NO-MOTO® and lime juice make like a paste then add chicken pieces and chopped curry leaves mix well, allow to marinate for min 30 minutes.

Add rice flour and Maida into the marinated chicken before frying and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan add marinated chicken one by one and fry till get cook until crispy.

Garnish with onion rings and lime wedges then serve hot.

Fennel powder ½ tsp
