Cut the vegetables finely. Cook the noodles and strain it, add a little oil and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the egg and scramble. Add chicken and fry.

Add the vegetables and fry for a while.

Next add the cabbage and continue frying.

Finally, add the boiled noodles and entire contents of “Hapima Fried Rice Mix” (Original /Hot & Spicy/Masala) and mix well.

Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot

Noodles (boiled) 250 gm
Shredded Boneless Chicken 50 gm
Egg 1 (beaten)
Onion (finely sliced) 20 gm
Capsicum (julienne) 20 gm
Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Carrot (julienne) 20 gm
Beans (julienne) 20 gm
Cabbage (shredded) 30 gm
