Procedure

A. Separate 22 Gms of powder from the 72 Gms of Crispy Fry Mix for Marination.

B. Make a breading mix with remaining 50 Gms of Crispy fried mix and 50 gm Bread crumps and mix well.

Marination :

  • Marinate the Cleaned chicken pieces into the separated 22 Gms Hapima® Crispy fried Mix for 30 minutes.

Breading :

  • Dip the Marinated pieces into beaten egg white and drain the pieces, then press and coat nicely with breading mixture.
  • Fry the pieces in hot oil till golden brown, then serve hot sauce or ketchup.
