Separate 50gms of powder from the 72gms Crispy Fry Mix pack.

Marination :

  • Pound the chicken breast into thin. Pound with the flat side of a meat mallet or rolling pin to an even ¼ -inch thickness.
  • Marinate the chicken Pieces with Worcestershire sauce, mixed herbs and separated 22 gm of Crispy Fry Mix powder then mix well and keep it aside.

Breading :

  • First, add egg white into the bowl, then beat well and keep it aside.
  • Another bowl combines the Crispy fry mix, ½ tsp of herbs, and bread crumbs.
  • Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg, let the excess drip off, and then roll into the flour mixer.
  • For better crunchiness, once again do step 3.
  • Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
  • Cut the burger in half and lightly toast the bun. Stake the burger bun spreading mayonnaise Original. Bed the Lettuce Keep the cheese slices and Sliced Pepper then freshly fried chicken first layer and then top with lettuce, sliced onion, cucumber, and tomato for the cover the reaming of a toasted half-bun, then serve hot.
