Procedure
Separate 50gms of powder from the 72gms Crispy Fry Mix pack.

Marination :
- Pound the chicken breast into thin. Pound with the flat side of a meat mallet or rolling pin to an even ¼ -inch thickness.
- Marinate the chicken Pieces with Worcestershire sauce, mixed herbs and separated 22 gm of Crispy Fry Mix powder then mix well and keep it aside.

Breading :
- First, add egg white into the bowl, then beat well and keep it aside.
- Another bowl combines the Crispy fry mix, ½ tsp of herbs, and bread crumbs.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg, let the excess drip off, and then roll into the flour mixer.
- For better crunchiness, once again do step 3.
- Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
- Cut the burger in half and lightly toast the bun. Stake the burger bun spreading mayonnaise Original.
