Marination :

  • Cut the boneless chicken into cubes. Wash and drain chicken pieces, then keep it aside.
  • Marinate the chicken Pieces with separated 22 gm of Crispy Fry Mix powder then mix well and keep it aside.

Breading :

  • Mix the Crispy fry mix and Bread crumbs in a bowl.
  • Dip the marinated chicken Pieces into a beaten egg, then coat the pieces in CFM & breading mixer to evenly coat.
  • Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil till they turn golden brown. And Serve hot.
