Boil the drumstick and potato with required water, salt and Jaggery. Then keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, Urad dhal, and curry leaves let it crackle.

Next add boiled vegetables along with that water and ground masala paste, and stir well.

Then add Umami seasoning
AJI-NO-MOTO® and allow to boil the curry for ten minutes. And then serve hot.

Masala
Grated Coconut ½ shell
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chili powder 1½ tsp
Tamarind ¼ cup
Coriander ¾ ladle
Garlic paste 1½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ spoon
Tempering
Drumstick cut into 3 pieces 5 no
Boiled Potato cubes 2 cups
Mustard 1 tsp
Urad dhal 2 tsp
Umami seasoning MSG - AJI-NO-MOTO® 1 tsp
Jaggery 1 pinch
Water As required
Salt To taste
