Procedure

Separate 22 gm of powder from the 72 gm of Crispy Fry Mix for Dry Coat.

Make a breading mix with the remaining 50 gm of Crispy fried mix and 50 gm Bread crumbs and mix well.

Marination :

  • Marinate the Cleaned Fish fillets with Lemon juice and a pinch of salt for 30 minutes.

Breading :

  • Fry the Cabbage Mixer in hot oil till 3 minutes (or) they turn golden brown and Serve hot.
  • Dip the coated pieces into beaten egg white and drain the pieces, then press and coat nicely with the breading mixture.
  • Fry the pieces in hot oil till golden brown, then serve hot sauce or ketchup.
