Soak soya chunks into hot water for 3 minutes, once it will soft drain the water thoroughly and squeeze the water from the soya chunks and keep it aside.

Take one bowl add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, Garam Masala powder and pinch of salt and lemon juice then mix well, now add soaked soya chunks into that bowl and mix well.

Take One more bowl add basin flour , rice flour ,corn flour, salt and Umami seasoning

Heat oil in a pan add soya chunks gently and fries till golden brown.

Garnish with fried curry leaves then serve hot with mint chutneys or ketchup.
