Wash Fish pieces gently and drain the water completely or pat dry with cloth.

In a plate, add all powder spices, Lemon juice, salt, Ginger Garlic paste and Umami seasoning AJI-NO-MOTO® mix well as a thick paste. Check the salt & spiciness. If you want sprinkle some water. Apply paste to the fish completely and close with a lid and keep it under refrigeration for 30 mins.(not in freezer)

Heat oil in a frying pan place the marinated Fish pieces gently and fry it on low flame
For 3mins turn another side of fish nicely again fry it for 3 mins follow the same procedure for each pieces.

Garnish with Onion Rings and Lemon wedges then serve hot.

Turmeric powder 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Chili powder 2 ½tbsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Fennel powder ½ tsp
Salt
Umami seasoning
AJI-NO-MOTO®
1 tsp
Chopped curry leaves 3sprig
Tamarind pulp or lemon juice-1 2tbsp
Rice flour 1 tsp
Oil For frying
