Peel and Cut the potato into strips, wash the potato pieces into cold water then strain it.

Add Crispy Fry Mix into the Potato pieces and mix to get a nice coat.

Fry the Potato pieces in hot oil till 4 minutes (or) they turn golden brown. Serve hot.
