Procedure

Chop the vegetables, and cut the paneer (or) tofu into cubs then set it aside.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger-garlic and sauté till the raw aroma of ginger-garlic goes away.

Add chopped Capsicum, beans and Carrot, fry for a while. Then add paneer cubes sauté it on medium flame.

Then add boiled rice and entire contents of Hapima® Fried Rice Mix- Hot & Spicy and mix well.

Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Boiled Rice 300 gm
Paneer Cubs (or)Tofu 100 gm
Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Chopped Ginger Garlic 1tsp
Chopped Carrot 25 gm
Chopped Beans 25 gm
Chopped Bell Pepper (or) Capsicum 50 gm
Chopped Spring Onion For garnish
