Chop the vegetables finely and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add egg and scramble.

Add the Cleaned Shrimps and fry. Add the vegetables and fry for a while.

Next, add the Chopped cabbage and continue frying. Finally, add the boiled rice and entire contents of Hapima® Fried Rice Mix -Hot & Spicy and mix well.

Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Shrimps 50 gm
Egg 1 (beaten)
Carrot 15 gm
Beans 15 gm

Chopped spring Onion For garnish.
