Clean the Sprouted Green gram drain and set it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the Sprouted Green gram and sauté it on slow flame for 2to3 minutes with a closed pan, and sprinkle some water if required.

Next, add the boiled rice and entire contents of Hapima® Fried Rice Mix -Original and mix well.

Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Cooking Oil 3 tsp
Sprouted Green gram 100 gm
