Hapima® Crispy Fry Chicken Mix – Indo American	1 pack
Water	100 ml
Cauliflower florets	250 gm
Cooking Oil	As Required

Crispy Cauliflower with Hapima®

Separate the HAPIMA® Crispy fry chicken mix Indo American into two equal halves.
In one half, add 70 ml water and mix to form a smooth batter.
Separate cauliflower into florets.
Boil in water for 8–10 minutes.
Boil in water for 8–10 minutes.
Drain and dry the florets completely.
Dip the florets in the batter.
Coat with the remaining dry mix.
Fry until golden and crispy.
