  • Separate the HAPIMA® Crispy fry chicken mix American into two equal halves.
  • In one half, add 100 ml water and mix to form a smooth batter.
  • Peel and slice onions into thick rings.
  • Separate into individual rings.
  • Dip the onion rings in the batter.
  • Coat with the remaining dry mix.
  • Fry until golden, crispy, and crunchy.
