Preparation
Mix one pack (35 Gms) of Crispy Fry Mix powder with 60ml of water to form the batter.
COOKING
PROCEDURE

Add blanched Cauliflower pieces into the batter. Then Roll the cauliflower to get a nice coat.

Fry the Cauliflower pieces in hot oil till 5 minutes (or) they turn golden brown and Serve hot.
Note : Blanch the cauliflower pieces in hot water and strain it,
before the Preparation.
