Clean and wash the prawns’ then drain & set it aside.

Take one pan and add all powder spices, salt, Umami seasoning
AJI-NO-MOTO®, lime juice and beaten egg white and mix well, then add cleaned prawns mix well and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

Add sesame seeds, maida, rice flour and corn flour into the marinated prawns and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan add marinated prawns then fry it till crispy.

Garnish with onion rings and lime wedges then serve hot.
