Mix one pack (35 Gm) of Crispy Fry Mix powder with 50ml of water to form the batter.

Procedure

Dip the potato slices in the batter to get an even coating.

Fry the Potato slices in hot oil for 3 minutes (or) till they turn golden brown and Serve hot.
