To make wanton skins, in a bowl beat the egg and mix with flour and water. Knead well for 2 minutes to make a stiff dough. Cover with a cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough till like a paper thin and cut into 7 cm x 7 cm squares.
For fillings

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced meat, garlic and onion. Add the seasoning and stir well till getting dry.

Put ½ tbsp filling in each square.

Make little samosas by sealing the edges with water and pinching together firmly.

Cook wantons in boiling water for 2 minutes and remove in a colander to drain. Then allow to cool.

Add chicken broth into the one pan. Then add salt, sugar, wine and Umami seasoning AJI-NO-MOTO®, and allow to boil.

Then add drain wontons, into the soup bowl and pour the soup and garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
