Noodle-less chowmein with Hapima®

  • Beat eggs and cook into thin omelettes.
  • Roll and slice into fine strips.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and beans; sauté until slightly soft.
  • Add cabbage and cook briefly.
  • Add egg strips and HAPIMA® Fried Rice Mix (Original).
  • Mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
